免费的部分不用账号The free part needs no account

不用注册，也不用留 email。你学过的单词、答错的题、收藏和界面设置，都存在你这台设备的浏览器里，不会送到我们的服务器。清除浏览器数据就会消失，换一台设备也不会跟过去。No sign-up and no email. The words you've studied, the answers you missed, your saved items and your display settings stay in this device's browser and are never sent to our server. Clearing your browser data erases them, and they don't follow you to another device.

买了完整版之后，我们会存的东西What we keep once you buy Complete

• 你的 email：结账时填的，或你用来登录 Google 的那一个。Your email: the one you entered at checkout, or the one on the Google account you sign in with.
• 这个 email 有没有开通完整版，以及订单编号。Whether that email has Complete, and the order number.
• 如果你设了密码，只存加密过的结果，我们看不到原本的密码。If you set a password, only a scrambled (hashed) version is stored. We can't see the password itself.
• 有没有用过 Google 登录。Whether you've signed in with Google.

这些存在 We Live in USA 各站共用的会员账号里，学习进度不在里面。This sits in the member account shared by the We Live in USA sites. Your learning progress is not part of it.

付款Payment

付款由 Stripe 处理。卡号等资料直接交给 Stripe，我们拿不到。Stripe 只告诉我们付款成功了，以及付款用的 email 和订单编号。Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe only tells us that the payment went through, plus the email and order number used.

Email

Email 由 Resend 寄出。只在你要求的时候寄：登录，或设置、重置密码。我们不寄营销信，也不会把你的 email 给别人。Emails are sent through Resend, and only when you ask for one: to sign in, or to set or reset a password. We don't send marketing email, and we never give your address to anyone.

Google 登录Signing in with Google

Google 登录时，我们只向 Google 要你的 email，不取得姓名、相片或联系人。When you sign in with Google, we ask Google for your email address only — not your name, photo or contacts.

CookieCookies

Cookie 只用来让你保持登录，不用来追踪你或投放广告：Cookies are only used to keep you signed in — never to track you or show ads:

• 登录用的 cookie，一年有效，退出登录就清掉。A sign-in cookie that lasts one year and is cleared when you sign out.
• 从信里的链接进来时，会有一个 30 分钟的 cookie，让你设置新密码。A 30-minute cookie after you open an emailed link, so you can set a new password.
• Google 登录过程中，会有一个 10 分钟的 cookie。A 10-minute cookie while you sign in with Google.

防止滥用Preventing abuse

为了挡住大量猜密码和大量寄信，服务器会暂时记下尝试的次数（依 IP 地址和 email），最晚一小时后自动删除。To stop password guessing and mass emailing, our server briefly counts attempts by IP address and email. Those counts are deleted automatically within an hour.

流量统计Traffic statistics

流量统计用 Cloudflare Web Analytics。它不放 cookie，也不做跨站追踪。英文篇没有放广告。We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic numbers. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. Survival English has no ads.

发音Pronunciation audio

发音用你的浏览器或手机内置的语音。有些浏览器会把要念的句子交给它自己的语音服务处理，这一段不经过我们。Pronunciation uses the voice built into your browser or phone. Some browsers send the sentence to their own speech service to read it aloud; that happens between you and the browser, not through us.

删除数据或有任何问题Deleting your data, or any questions

请从你的账号 email 写信到 weliveinusa.com@gmail.com，我们会删除你的账号数据。删除之后就不能再登录完整版。Write to weliveinusa.com@gmail.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account data. After that, you can no longer sign in to Complete.
