免費的部分不用帳號The free part needs no account

不用註冊，也不用留 email。你學過的字、答錯的題、收藏和介面設定，都存在你這台裝置的瀏覽器裡，不會送到我們的伺服器。清除瀏覽器資料就會消失，換一台裝置也不會跟過去。No sign-up and no email. The words you've studied, the answers you missed, your saved items and your display settings stay in this device's browser and are never sent to our server. Clearing your browser data erases them, and they don't follow you to another device.

買了完整版之後，我們會存的東西What we keep once you buy Complete

• 你的 email：結帳時填的，或你用來登入 Google 的那一個。Your email: the one you entered at checkout, or the one on the Google account you sign in with.
• 這個 email 有沒有開通完整版，以及訂單編號。Whether that email has Complete, and the order number.
• 如果你設了密碼，只存加密過的結果，我們看不到原本的密碼。If you set a password, only a scrambled (hashed) version is stored. We can't see the password itself.
• 有沒有用過 Google 登入。Whether you've signed in with Google.

這些存在 We Live in USA 各站共用的會員帳號裡，學習進度不在裡面。This sits in the member account shared by the We Live in USA sites. Your learning progress is not part of it.

付款Payment

付款由 Stripe 處理。卡號等資料直接交給 Stripe，我們拿不到。Stripe 只告訴我們付款成功了，以及付款用的 email 和訂單編號。Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe only tells us that the payment went through, plus the email and order number used.

Email

Email 由 Resend 寄出。只在你要求的時候寄：登入，或設定、重設密碼。我們不寄行銷信，也不會把你的 email 給別人。Emails are sent through Resend, and only when you ask for one: to sign in, or to set or reset a password. We don't send marketing email, and we never give your address to anyone.

Google 登入Signing in with Google

Google 登入時，我們只向 Google 要你的 email，不取得姓名、相片或聯絡人。When you sign in with Google, we ask Google for your email address only — not your name, photo or contacts.

CookieCookies

Cookie 只用來讓你保持登入，不用來追蹤你或投放廣告：Cookies are only used to keep you signed in — never to track you or show ads:

• 登入用的 cookie，一年有效，登出就清掉。A sign-in cookie that lasts one year and is cleared when you sign out.
• 從信裡的連結進來時，會有一個 30 分鐘的 cookie，讓你設定新密碼。A 30-minute cookie after you open an emailed link, so you can set a new password.
• Google 登入過程中，會有一個 10 分鐘的 cookie。A 10-minute cookie while you sign in with Google.

防止濫用Preventing abuse

為了擋住大量猜密碼和大量寄信，伺服器會暫時記下嘗試的次數（依 IP 位址和 email），最晚一小時後自動刪除。To stop password guessing and mass emailing, our server briefly counts attempts by IP address and email. Those counts are deleted automatically within an hour.

流量統計Traffic statistics

流量統計用 Cloudflare Web Analytics。它不放 cookie，也不做跨站追蹤。英文篇沒有放廣告。We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic numbers. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. Survival English has no ads.

發音Pronunciation audio

發音用你的瀏覽器或手機內建的語音。有些瀏覽器會把要唸的句子交給它自己的語音服務處理，這一段不經過我們。Pronunciation uses the voice built into your browser or phone. Some browsers send the sentence to their own speech service to read it aloud; that happens between you and the browser, not through us.

刪除資料或有任何問題Deleting your data, or any questions

請從你的帳號 email 寫信到 weliveinusa.com@gmail.com，我們會刪除你的帳號資料。刪除之後就不能再登入完整版。Write to weliveinusa.com@gmail.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account data. After that, you can no longer sign in to Complete.
